How much does a landing page cost in Australia?

Published 15 October 2026 · prices below checked on that date

One Australian cost guide, updated in October 2026, puts a professional landing page at $800–$3,000, depending on who builds it and how much custom work is involved. WebProWorks builds one for a fixed $689 AUD one-time fee with 5-day delivery. Below: what drives the price, what that fee includes and what it doesn't, and what to ask any provider before you say yes.

What “landing page” means here

A landing page is one page built around one offer and one next step, such as calling you, filling in a form or booking a time. It is not a multi-page brochure site, an online shop or a custom app, and it is priced differently from all three.

What published price guides say

Public guides disagree, partly because they define the job differently. Three recent ones, with what each actually measures:

  • Landing page, $800–$3,000. What's The Damage describes this tier as a single conversion-focused page for campaigns, launches and lead capture (guide updated October 2026).
  • Basic small-business website, $3,000–$6,000 + GST with a professional developer, or $0–$50 a month on a website builder. Expert Market lists a landing page as one feature of a 1–5 page site, so this is a bigger job than a single page (updated December 2024).
  • Website design project, $300–$5,000. Airtasker's FAQ gives this as a broad range for any web design job, not a landing-page price (page updated September 2026).

Treat these as rough benchmarks, not quotes. Some guides also earn money by matching you with providers, and none of them knows your brief.

What drives the quote

  • Who builds it. A DIY template, a freelancer and an agency charge in different ways: your time, an hourly rate, or a project fee.
  • Copy and images. Whether the page is written and designed for you or you supply everything.
  • Extras. Payments, booking systems and calculators cost more than a contact form.
  • Revisions. How many rounds are included, and what extra rounds cost.
  • After launch. Hosting, updates and security are often a separate monthly charge.
  • GST. Check whether the quote includes it.

What $689 AUD includes

The WebProWorks landing page package is a one-time $689 AUD fee. It includes:

  • A custom design for your brand, mobile responsive, with a contact form
  • 5-day delivery (see the note on timing below)
  • 3 free revisions in the first year; extra revisions are $50 per round
  • 6 months of hosting and maintenance free, then $39/mo (hosting, updates and security)

What it doesn't include: custom features such as payment processing, booking systems or calculators are quoted as an additional fee. The page itself is a single page, not a multi-page site.

On timing: the 5-day delivery countdown starts once your materials (logo, photos and the details we need) are complete, not from the payment date. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Where World Royal Pty Ltd is registered for GST, the $689 launch fee includes GST and your tax invoice will show the GST component.

Compare on the first-year total, not the headline price

A low upfront fee can hide ongoing charges, and a higher one can include them. For this package the first 12 months work out as $689 up front, nothing for months 1–6, then $39 a month for months 7–12 (6 × $39 = $234): $923 AUD in total, subject to the GST note above. Do the same sum for any quote you receive, using the same 12-month window, so the numbers can be compared.

When doing it yourself is enough

A website builder is a reasonable choice for a one-off event, a short campaign or a page with no brand constraints, as long as you have the time to write the copy, check it on a phone and set up the form and domain yourself. Paying someone makes more sense when the page needs to look credible to customers you haven't met, or when your time is worth more than the fee.

Questions to ask any provider

  1. Who writes the copy and sources the images?
  2. How many revisions are included, and what does another round cost?
  3. What do hosting and maintenance cost after the first period?
  4. When does the delivery clock start?
  5. Does the price include GST?
  6. What is the refund policy if you're not happy with the first draft?

Already have a website?

If you already have a site that needs replacing, a new landing page may not be what you need. See the website rebuild plan: $39/mo (12-month minimum) or $468/yr, with a free homepage mockup before you pay and hosting and maintenance included. Domain registration is not included.

Next step

See what's in the landing page package, or book a 30-minute consult to talk it through (weekdays 9:30–17:00, Australia/Sydney).
